No conecta con mobile

Hola Óscar, el problema es que no conecto con mobile ni desde móvil o tableta ni incluso desde el pc, ya que aparece que no se puede acceder a este sitio web, he deshabilitado el firewall de Windows, reinstalado el programa, dados los permisos a todos los usuarios a la carpeta c:/ sysme la red está también correcta...., en fin que no se por dónde tirar, si se te ocurre algo te lo agradecería...gracias

Ejecuta C:\SYSME\SGC\xampp\apache_stop.bat y luego C:\SYSME\SGC\xampp\apache_start.bat .. se debe abrir una ventana de comandos negra .. ponme una foto de ella a ver que dice.

Ok Castiflama, veo que apache (el servidor web) no puede iniciarse, pero no lanza el motivo por lo que habrá que investigar entre los logs a ver si nos da un motivo ... adjuntame el fichero C:\SYSME\SGC\xampp\apache\logs\error.log a ver si nos dice algo.

Hola Oscar, sigue sin conectar, he realizado de nuevo los pasos que me indicabas antes, justo despues de hacer la desinstalación de skype pero sigue igual.... te los adjunto por si son de ayuda, no se ya por donde tirar.....
