Clearing customers and bills from database

Hi Oscar,

we have been running the system as a trial for a week or so and now I would like to start using fully.

Can I delete the customers and bills etc that we created during the trial but keep the products and categories.

Hi Jasp,

Yes, execute C:\SYSME\SGC\limpiadorTpv.exe and select F serie and click delete button. This will delete all sales and then you will be able to delete customers on Sysme Pos.

Hi Oscar,

yes I am, I think the problem was I was running the cleaner without starting TPV, as I have tried that and now it works.
