problemas de conexión - u-r-yeppeo - 03-03-2021
Buenos días,
últimamente, el programa me daba problemas de conexión con mensaje de error pero se abría, aunque la mayoría de funciones no funcionaban (valga la redundancia). Desinstalé el programa y lo volvía instalar y ahora ya ni puedo conectar.
Se me abre un popup con "connection error", al darle a OK se me abre la ventana de configuración. Solo está activa la pestaña opciones con los siguientes parámetros:
Servidor: Local host
Puerto: 4306
Usuario: root
Passwd: *********** (textualmente)
¿Alguien puede ayudarme?

Buenas u-r-yeppeo, bienvenido al foro,
Abre con el bloc de notas de Windows el fichero con extensión .err de la carpeta C:\SYSME\sysmeserver\data\ y copiame aquí las últimas 10 líneas .. a ver si descubrimos el motivo del error.

Tiene mala pinta u-r-yeppeo, parece que hay errores en uno o varios ficheros de la base de datos, esto ocurre cuando uno o varios ficheros quedan corruptos por daño en algún sector del disco duro (ya sea por apagón, subida de tensión o simplemente porque los discos tienen vida limitada), ¿tienes copias de seguridad? si las tienes y son recientes podríamos plantearnos recuperarlas, si no pues la única opción sería contratar servicio técnico para que tratemos de recuperar los ficheros esperando tener un poco de suerte que que los dañados no sean muy importantes.

Buenos días Óscar,
Lamentablemente no ha funcionado. Lo que es curioso es que en la carpetas de la última copia de seguridad así como en "data", aparecen los ordenadores anteriores al que estoy usando ahora y con extensión *.err.
Por mucho que desinstale el sysme y lo vuelva a instalar, habiendo eliminado incluso también el directorio, me vuelven a aparecer cada vez que lo reinstalo.

Si, los ficheros .err se generan en cada ejecución, no hay problema en eso ... a ver, una cosa que no hemos probado .. ¿no modificarías la contraseña por error? la contraseña es: infusorio

No, la contraseña no ha sido modificada. Uno de los errores que aparecen al intentar abrir el programa es: "Complementog: Field 'fifo' not found

Ahora ya ni puedo conectar, me sale connection error y se me abre la ventana de configuración.

Passwd: infusorio (lo he vuelto a pponer, por si acaso)
