Good morning,
In the Finish sale screen, I can enter the amount the customer pays, when I Accept this a second Finish sale screen shows the amount of change, however, this is not printed on the ticket.


Is it possible for the ticket to print the change transaction?

Example:
Sales total 7.90 euros
Customer gives 10.00 euro note.
Change returned to customer 2.10 euros

The ticket only prints the total 7.90 euros

Hi Neil yes off course .. the default ticket file format should show that data .. Can you attach here your file format to check it?

Here you are the file format, just save it at C:\SYSME\SGC\en\Listados replacing the existing one.
