Recently , my client been complaining about a very critical problem.
Today i have chance to see it at action and take some videos.
If the salon start doing as video , there is no comeback and need to kill the process, and that costs a lot specially busy days.
I hope for a problem , or I will be forced to look into other software.

A few weeks ago we published an update that fix this problem. You have to upgrade to the latest version

Thanks for your message, the sysme version is 4.84 , upgraded last week , and still have this . Any modifications needed to be done ?
Uops!!, it should't raise that error. I'm going to check again that code as soon as posible

i did it and now its 4.85 , unfortunately the issue still stood .
the same as before , just test it right now.
Can you send me a copy of the database? just compress the C:\SYSME\sysmeserver\data\ folder into a zip or rar file and send it to me to a info @sysme.net
